a wordless opera
The Vibrantic Confederacy has moved its fleet into reach of the Abaddon Gate; a massive navy of 10 million ships poised to attack the Dshsyk Starbase under the direct control of House Porlian Second, Count Artruskus Memnak. At the same time, the Crimeon Rebellion's last hope lies in a secret mission undertaken by the most infamous ship in the star system; the Don Aguirre. Making haste towards the smugglers moon of Ruslan, the crew of the Don Aguirre runs afoul of Count Memnak's secret police, who chase them before destroying the Don Aguirre and killing nearly all of its crew. Those few who are left are separated, some captured, some escaped to an unregistered, uncolonized Jungle world where they attempt to make contact with the rebels. Meanwhile, a great genocide is being carried out by Memnak's troops; and our heroic rebels brace for a final descent into the bleak madness of war.
